摘要
The article analyses historical events in Venezia Giulia between 1927 and 1931. The article also presents antifascist operations of individual agents in the Idrija and Cerkno cell and its connections to the "organization of Gorica", namely in the wider context of political violence in Venezia Giulia in the discussed period. Using records of interrogations of Srecko Logar, kept in the National archive of Rome, we focus on political violence by police and justice organs, and on how the "common man" experienced this violence. The interrogations reveal great psychological and emotional distress that reflected also in the very poor health of a man that was kept for almost two years under strict police control and isolated from the rest of the world. His case shows that there were different forms of violence used by the police and justice system that served the ideological and political objectives of fascism. We can generalize this case to the other members of the organized antifascist resistance in Venezia Giulia, tried by the Special Tribunal for the Defense of the State, that were also exposed to similar forms of violence.
