This paper analyzes the relationships within the number of high-quality employment, the number of graduates, the percentage of high-quality employment, school scholarship award trips, the amount of school scholarships, school scholarship amount per capita, the number of students in school, scholarships density an so on, by using the method of factor analysis and putting LinYi university as an example. Then puts forward the following conclusions: (1) with the increased numbers of graduate in school, scholarships trips, the high-quality employment amount increases, (2) the amount of high-quality employment students was affected significantly by the school scholarships, (3) Scholarship density and quality are related, and the density is greater, the more the number of high-quality employment.
