摘要
In modem city, infrastructure investment and construction change greatly the form of urban land, and then bring out different changes in urban increase, land value increase, real estate price and resident consumer psychology. In Mainland China, rail transit is both new type traffic way and important component of infrastructure. Overseas urban rail transit development course indicated that rail transit construction can make more inseparable relationship and great effect in such as land-economize, center area energy maintain, urban space arrangement and land development promotion. Light rail and subway are belong to rail transit, but people still have few understand to light rail especially the influence of real estate along the light rail line than subway. Wuhan rail transit started from light rail, the relevance contributing factor, influence function and change tendency research between light rail construction and real estate price is the important step to influence research between urban infrastructure and real estate, and has significance not only rationalizing the urban infrastructure construction, real estate development, but also promote efficaciously urban increase and resident living character enhancement.
