摘要
Nanotechnology is an emerging science with numerous potential applications to the food and water critical infrastructures. Vulnerabilities of both infrastructures are addressed. Additionally, this paper will examine sensors, chemical delivery systems, bioactive agents, remote camera design, nano-emulsions, remediation, filtration, coding, computation, and dual-use applications in as they apply to the protection and exploitation of the food and water infrastructures.
