IMPACT OF ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE ON EMPLOYEES' JOB SATISFACTION: EVIDENCE FROM PAKISTAN

摘要
Though fair dealing is considered essential for the success of an organization; the employees in public sector perceive that they are not fairly treated all the times. In this research the impact of Organizational Justice (Distributive and Procedural), or fair dealing on Job Satisfaction of the employees has been investigated. A sample of 140 employees has been taken from a mega organization namely Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) of Pakistan and data is collected through a questionnaire based survey. The results show positive relationship between the Organizational Justice and Employees' Job Satisfaction.
