Blue economic zone cannot be separated from the large number of small and medium enterprises, as well as for small and medium enterprises to achieve better development platform provides a good competition and cooperation. Construction of small and medium enterprises(SME) should make full use of the blue economy site provides an enabling platform, based on the blue economic zone competition mechanism, adjust its own competitive strategies in a timely manner, seeking the best development opportunities in blue economic zone.
