摘要
Aiming at the mobile underwater acoustic communication, which has a spatio-temporal variation channel and Doppler effects, a differential pattern time delay shift coding (DPDS) system with a non-fixed code width based on the traditional pattern time delay shift coding has been proposed by this paper. The information is carried by the time delay between adjacent code elements, the different linear frequency modulation (LFM) signals are used for adjacent code division. The time drift caused by the relative motion between information source and destination will not accumulate. The DPDS system's ability in improving the communication rate, inhibiting the inter-symbol interference (ISI) caused by the multi-path channel and anti the Doppler effects is proved in computer simulation. DPDS system also has effectiveness and robustness.
