摘要
Engine thermal management is an area that covers a multitude of design tasks associated with the development of engines and vehicles. It concerns many different components of the system, and for each a variety of design objectives. An integrated design analysis tool GT-Cool has been developed, which can be used for analysis of many issues arising in the engine thermal management area. This tool is based on one-dimensional flow and heat transfer solution, coupled with models of many components, including: engine, vehicle, heat exchanger, air fan, water pump, thermostat and others.
