摘要
The discipline construction is one of the basic works in university development; many obvious questions are appeared during the transition from Teach University to Teach-Research University. Pinpointing the development orientation correctly, deepening the teaching reform, improving and perfecting the rules and regulations and organization structure, disposing the relationship between teaching and research reasonably are the primary mission of transitional university development.
