摘要
The Na2O-CaO-SiO2 glass plat membrane was prepared using waste glass as starting materials by the L-S/sintering technique. The process was studied via XPS, TG-DTG, XRD and SEM measurement. According to the XPS result, the waste glass was Na2O-CaO-SiO2 glass. It could be concluded from the TG-DTG curves that the decomposition of binder, PVDF, took place in the range of 400 similar to 500 degrees C. When the samples were sintered at 800 and 900 degrees C, the SiO2 and Na2Ca3Si6O16 were shown in the XRD results, and the porous structure also be observed in the SEM measurement results. The principle of L-S method was also introduced briefly.
