Dielectric and piezoelectric properties of (Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3-BaTiO3 ceramics

摘要
D - E hysteresis, piezoelectric properties and temperature hysteresis phenomena of (Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3 and (Na0.5Bi0.5)(0.94)Ba0.06TiO3 ceramics were investigated. Remnant polarization (P-r=19muC/cm(2)) and coercive field (E-c =4.7kV/mm) of (Na0.5Bi0.5)(0.94)Ba0.06TiO3 ceramic were obtained in the experiment. Although the substitution of Ba2+ for (Na0.5Bi0.5)(2+) can improve the piezoelectric properties, it can also induce the deterioration of temperature stability.
