RETRACTED: The Open Architecture and Web Based Office Mode (Retracted Article)

Office Suite, editor, file converter, work flow and CSCW are the name related to Office Automatic used to illustrate the development of OA that we have been pursuing nearly 30 years. Nevertheless, we haven't seen a completely unified or satisfying OA system for campus, government and military. But, with the Web progressing rapidly, Web based office has its day [1]. In this paper, we put forward a new design of The Open Architecture and Web Based Office Mode that is using in military universities and colleges. Firstly, we will briefly discuss this kind of office mode that are taking place the all-in-one OA system mode, which aimed to push all functions or subsystems into one unified OA system. Facts proven, the all-in-one OA system doesn't fit today e-society. Then we detail the structure of open architecture and web based off-ice mode. It mainly includes three parts: The first part is the basic shared and common platform. Those are the unified management standards and its standard management information system, the unified user management information platform, and the unified data management information platform, and unified portal management platform. The second part is the varieties of applications, including existed systems and newly developed systems. Finally we present the applications of the open architecture and web based office mode, showing its use in universities or colleges, and present some unfinished works, general future direction of this kind of office mode.
