ENERGY EFFICIENCY EVALUATION BASED ON PASSENGER THERMAL COMFORT IN A RAILWAY STATION

摘要
In this paper, the evaluation and analysis of the energy efficiency in railway stations are carried out. Apart from the economic benefit and energy saving, the passengers' comfort should also be taken into consideration. Passenger's comfort and energy efficiency of five stations in China are analyzed by the DEA method. On the basis of the linear programming solution using DEA method, the results are evaluated and analyzed objectively and the value of total efficiency, pure technology efficiency, scale efficiency and the relative order are obtained; the method to make a non-DEA efficient passenger station is put forward; through the comparison of crosscut efficiency, the final order for energy efficiency in all stations based on passengers' comfort is made; some advices are also presented for improving the railway station energy efficiency.
