摘要：
This paper talks about Simple Assembly Line Balancing (SALB) problems. This paper presents a new test-bed for trying out general modeling and simulation algorithms of SALB problems using a new tool called SchedSIM. SchedSIM can solve a variety of problems in the research field of SALB; the uniqueness of SchedSIM - as shown in this paper through an application example is that it is very easy to use, flexible enough incorporate other existing tools and libraries, easily extensible to in order to adapt to specific environment.
