To retain the competitive edge in today's business, continuous improvement in quality is absolutely essential. Bharat Electronics Ltd, one of the leading public sector companies in India, has been continuously embarking on quality concepts and methodologies relevant to the market place. This paper is intended to provide an overview of the total process of manufacturing technology of Bharat Electronics Ltd, with special emphasis on the Design and Manufacturing methodologies.
