摘要
The aim of this study was to investigate the correration between motor and cognitive function and activities of daily living (ADL) in Parkinson's disease (PD). In forty patients with PD,neurologic and neuropsychologic testing were performed, and ADL were examined. Motor function performance correlated highly with neuropsychologic testing. A significant correration also was found between ADLs and motor and cognitive functions. Following a stepwise regression analysis to asses the significance of each of the factirs performance la,verbal IQ,and pronation-spination test were revealed to have the greatest impact on ADLs in PD. Our results soggest that cognitive dysfunction is an important factor determining performance of ADL in PD.
