摘要：
Through constructing the regional economic competitiveness model at the three northeastern provinces as well as Inner Mongolia, we put forward the evaluation index system of the regional competitiveness of these four provinces. We will carry out the quantitative analysis of the 2009 index through the means of factor analysis of SPSS software, with the aim of making the comparative analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the four regions' competitiveness.
