A High Step-Up Dual Switches DC-DC Converter with Three-Winding Coupled Inductor and Charge Pump

摘要
This paper proposes a high step-up dual switches dc-dc converter with three-winding coupled inductor and charge pump. The proposed converter achieves higher voltage gain and lower voltage stresses of the switches than the conventional converter with the same number of components. Moreover, divided structure of the output capacitor reduces the voltage stresses of the output capacitors. In this paper, the operational principle and the steady state analysis of the proposed converter are shown. The operation of the proposed converter has been confirmed by a reduced scale circuit experiment.
