Noncoherent summation of multiple reduced-rank test statistics for frequency-hopped STAP

摘要
A new noncoherent CFAR detection algorithm for STAP radar is developed in this correspondence, which noncoherently integrates a number of coherent, reduced-rank, CFAR tests developed hy the authors in a previuos paper. This neu noncoherent detection criterion provides a significant improvement in detection performance sith no need to increase the transmitter power.
