摘要
Nb has betas replaced by Pr, Nd or Gd in the Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 alloy. Differential scanning calorimetry and structural analysis by means of X-ray diffraction and Mossbauer spectrometry have shown that the crystallization process is very similar in Pr and Nd containing samples regarding the crystallization steps, the evolution of crystalline volume fraction with annealing temperature and else kinetic parameters. Pr and Nd probably enter the crystalline grains, while Gd remains in the amorphous matrix. Annealing at moderate temperature causes structural relaxation accompanied bay spin rotation in the amorphous Gd containing ribbon.
