The party started in the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee with the full implementation of a couple can have two children policy. This is a major adjustment of China following the separate two-child policy made after. This article from the current situation of the development of occupation female accountant in our country, in view of the influence of comprehensive two-child policy to accounting personnel development.
