摘要：

The relationship between language and culture are inseparable. The language teaching must pay attention to the students' cross-cultural communicative ability training. The author took the intercultural communicative competence cultivation in oral English teaching as an example and put forward the problems to be settled and teaching strategies. Experience learning method can improve students' cross cultural knowledge ability and combine the culture learning and language learning, jointly promoting the oral English communication capabilities.
