摘要
The presentation will cover the NSBRI program, a consortium project of several leading Universities conducting research for NASA 's program plans to send man on extended flights into space in the next century. The medical aspects and effects on Astronauts in a long duration space flight is being studied by leading biomedical scientists to determine the feasibility and survival risk of such flights. The program began over a year ago. Features to be reported include Technology projects and the initial organization of the Institute and its members. Current progress and future plans will be highlighted.
