摘要
For the current grid evaluation system tends to focus on one aspect and lacks the analysis of related investment benefit issues, this paper studies the theory of grid investment benefit, puts forward the ideas and principles of evaluation index system construction, combines the relevant evaluation system of grid companies and development needs, based on computer big data technology, constructs a grid investment benefit evaluation index system, and adopts the combination assignment method based on moment estimation theory to assign weights to power grid investment efficiency evaluation indexes, so as to determine the optimal weights of each index and provide reference for the relevant departments to study the investment efficiency.
