摘要：

Research on public natural disaster risk perception may contribute to reveal risk potential factors, and provide the basis for risk communication. Questionnaires were conducted in Flood frequently areas in Chongqing Municipality, Hunan Province and so on. Results showed that the public generally trust the social reduction capabilities and the degree of trust decreases from the monitoring and forecasting of disaster early warning, to Local infrastructural facilities, to prevention engineering, to governmental contingency.
