摘要
The role of medicine is important during mega-disaster. The Higashinihon earthquake killed more than twenty thousand death or missed. Moreover, it was followed by the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Plant explosion, which was mainly reviewed as well as other nuclear disasters. In order to cope with the mega and complex disaster, academic approach and the macro-disaster medicine are also essential as well as the micro-disaster medicine. It is insufficient to take makeshift measures or use cheap tricks. Moreover, feeling of security and safety of people or people's reliability is also important in the nuclear disaster to protect the society.
