摘要
Organizational culture is still a current topic. Well-managed organizational culture brings a competitive advantage to a company. Ongoing study and understanding of organizational culture is based on cultural science in general and is characterized by interdisciplinary approaches. This brings together methods and knowledge from the fields of sociology, psychology, economics and management. The paper deals with the question of the role of organizational culture in the process of human resource management. The aim of this article is first, to describe the theoretical aspects of organizational culture, and second, to present the results of a case study and discuss the issue of the importance of organizational culture on the adaptation of workers.
