摘要：
The paper deals with questions of possible utilization of renewable energy sources and combined heat and power production technologies in liberalized electricity market. Market success nowadays depends on price and volume of offered electricity, therefore is the position of small distributed energy production not sufficient. On the other hand were created for renewables different support schemes, which are not compatible with liberalized electricity market. Therefore is the best solution to create independent electricity sub market for distributed power generation, which secure the support for new environmental friendly technologies and provide the competition between these power sources. Only competition between different operators could be the right factor for selection economically effective solutions of renewable energy development. Described system also called "quota obligation" or "green certificates" partially work in European states, but it is necessary to make right decisions about their parameters.
