Effects of Competitive Alliance Based on Knowledge-Sharing and Knowledge-Spillover

The conceptual model of the knowledge-sharing and the knowledge-spill over was constructed according to the knowledge voluntary proliferation and the non-voluntary proliferation characteristics between the individual members in the competitive alliance, and a three-stage gambling model was established based on the cost decreases effect of the knowledge-sharing and the knowledge-spillover. The findings indicated that, the knowledge-sharing level, the knowledge-spit lover level and the output of alliance exert positive effects on profit; the knowledge, output and the profit that each individual obtains increase along with the enhancement of knowledge-sharing level beta and the knowledge-spillover level delta.
