摘要：
The diversification of the types of capital invested in economic value creation processes implies a new managerial mentality characterized by ethics and sustainability assumption as fundamental principles in the administration of an increasing number of businesses. From the perspective of the sustainability concept, the capital of a company may be described as an assembly of actives having three dimensions economic, social and ecologic. The simultaneous manifestation of these three dimensions allows highlighting the sustainable character of the capital.
