The Study on Deteriorating Items Sale and Order Strategy Under Trade Credit

Much of exiting EOQ models consider to decide the optimal order quantity and cycle under trade credit tactic, Which seldom consider how to make supplier's trade credit strategy. This paper proposes Stackelberg game model to get the deteriorating items optimal trade credit tactic as well as ordering policy subject to single vendor-buyer supply chain under end demand is price negative exponent function. Finally numerical examples are shown to illustrate the results in the paper.
