摘要
It is well known that maintaining stable human resource is absolutely necessary for enterprises, so how to manage human resource hierarchical structure becomes an important content in HRM. In this paper, a model based on Markov Chain is provided for human resource hierarchical structure management. The model focus on describing the change of human resource hierarchical structure, forecasting future Human Resource hierarchical structure, and seeking for strategy so as to achieve some ideal human resource hierarchical structure. Lastly. I introduce an example to forecast and control human resource hierarchical structure. The result of this example indicates that the method is practical and reasonable. At the same time, some academic conclusions are drawn to improve human resource hierarchical structure management.
