摘要：
The usage of information and communication technologies (ICT) in business environment creates new types of risks which need to be eliminated. This can be achieved by the implementation of insurance policies. Cyberinsurance represents a novel approach to the process of risk elimination. The paper deals with the characteristics of this insurance type with special attention to its particularities. The positives as well as its negatives are analyzed.
