摘要
A non-conforming and non-overlapping domain decomposition preconditioning method based on the surface integral equations is presented for analyzing electromagnetic scattering from electrically large perfect electric conducting (PEC) objects. A new consistency term is introduced in the discontinuous Galerkin electric field integral equation by means of the interior penalty approach in time-harmonic problems. The motivation for introducing this consistency term is that the electric potential energy associated with the error charges accumulated at sub-domain boundaries should be zero. A confined eigenvalue spectrum is achieved after domain decomposition preconditioning. The proposed method is capable of dealing with non-conforming surface discretization at both plane surfaces and curvilinear surfaces. Numerical examples are given to show the accuracy and fast convergence of this method.
