摘要
China's real estate market is heavily influenced by the central government and local government, but the two levels of governments have different interests. Based on the analysis of their interests and target behaviors in real estate market regulation, this paper explores how the central government and local government conduct games in the regulation process, and establishes an interest game model to describe the governments' behaviors, finally puts forward policy suggestions for the governments to construct an interest coordination mechanism in order to achieve expected regulation effect.
