A Compact Dual-Band Antenna For C-Band Applications

摘要
A compact dual-band antenna for C-band applications is presented. The designed antenna working in 4.5GHz and 7.8GHz frequency bands. We design the dual-frequency bands antenna with the coaxial feed and V-shaped ladder strips. The antenna satisfied the -10 dB impedance bandwidth is 64 MHz (4.468 GHz-4.532 GHz) and 128 MHz (7.736 GHz-7.864 GHz). The experimental and simulated results of the proposed antenna are in good agreement.
