摘要
IRSP (Integrated Resource Strategic Planning) is based on the national electricity development strategy. It unifies the supply-side resources and demand side resources for optimization across the country. However, as the power system embraces an increasing number of participating entities and transaction methods, system operations are likely to face more and more complicated situations. Traditional IRSP can no longer meet the system operation requirements considering the reliability and load characteristics. A bi-level coordination optimization integrated resource strategy planning model was established to meet the requirements of reliability and mid-long term planning, among which the efficiency power plant production simulation was incorporated into the integrated resource strategy planning. Finally, further studies the development status of conventional power sources and energy efficiency power plant promotion situations in China during 2018-2035 was studied.
