摘要：

Chinese land is an important problem. Land Use planning do not keep up with land use and economic development, and then the government and the scholars view it in light of administration, economy and laws, and do not consider it from the prospective of the ethics. Land use planning is an important approach to realize land proper use, so The article describes the land ethics and its definition and puts forward the reform direction of land use planning on the guide of ethics land use.
