摘要
A simple and efficient oxidation of oximes to the corresponding ketones and aldehydes with potassium permanganate supported on aluminum silicate under solvent-free conditions at room temperature in the yields between 80 and 95 is described. The main advantages of the present method are the enhanced oxidation selectivity and reactivity, mild reaction conditions, and straightforward work-up procedure.
