摘要：
This paper presents possible applications of intelligent decision support systems as a management tool in solving the managerial decision-making process. The paper confirms that the presented methodology represents a significant improvement of classical information systems. The paper illustrates an example of analysis of selected data in monitoring the installation of assemblies and components in the production cycle. The considered problem has a direct impact on the process of managerial decision-making in general, as well as on the entire business.
