A REVIEW ON 1D, 2D, 3D ARRAYS FOR WIDEBAND SIGNAL PROCESSING

摘要
Array is set of sensor elements, arranged in various geometry pattern to collect and process acoustic or radio waves. An added dimension of array configurations bring flexibility in estimating parameters like delay, angle of arrival and receives signals without distortion for wideband signals. Due to wider bandwidth; wideband arrays possess different relative aperture size for different frequency bins in sequence results in signal distortion. To our best of knowledge, not too many researchers concentrated in reviewed the work on multidimensional sensor array configurations. In this paper, we have presented ID, 2D, 3D sensor arrays for processing wideband signals.
