We report the unusual flow cytometric detection of liposomes in the cerebrospinal fluid of patients with aggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and acute myeloid leukemia, treated with intrathecal liposomal cytarabine. (c) 2012 International Clinical Cytometry Society
