摘要
The operation of a permanent magnet generator with a passive rectifier puts several constraints on the operating point of the machine. Therefore the optimization of the machine has to take account of this operation mode. The variation of several rotor parameters of the interior permanent magnet generator was investigated for the whole operation range. Additionally the short circuit- and demagnetization behavior was studied for varying rotor parameters and compared to the results of the machine performance optimization. The magnetic flux density inside the magnet during short circuit was analyzed for different layers of the skewed machine.
