摘要
Despite considerable attention to the enterprise creation process and relationship between technological innovation performance in enterprises and personal characteristics, there is no published study focused directly on the relationship between the recently recognized core construct of psychological capital and technological innovation performance in enterprises. Drawing from 135 samples of working adults in some high-tech enterprises, this study investigates psychological capital and its components (self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience) as predictors of technological innovation performance in enterprises. At last, theoretical and practical implications of these findings are considered.
