摘要
The relationship between demographic variables and property regimes has been proposed in a convincing manner by Mulder and Billari. From this background, proposes a classification of European countries, taking into account the formation of home. Another interesting suggestion comes from Yu and Myers that transformed tenure rates, normally calculated as the proportion of households that are owners or tenants, in a specific home Principality by residential tenure rate. This indicator measures the propensity to form a home independent and, at the same time, be owner or tenant. Proposes a typology of European countries into 4 groups, focused on the residential experience of young people. These groups are organized according to two independent dimensions: intensity of the formation of home in relation to access to the housing market; and the weight of quick access to the property.
