Research on Applicability of Collective Decision-Making and Individual Decision-Making Matrix

In management, using collective decision-making or personal decision, influenced by many factors. Therefore, screen and control the relatively stable factors, leadership and the urgency of decision-making as a choice of two main factors that can be combined a matrix of a four decision-making situations, corresponding to the most suitable Decision making: weak leadership, decision-making is not an emergency for collective decision-making; weak leadership, decision-making is an emergency - for a small range of collective decision-making, supplemented by individual decision-making; strong leadership, decision-making is an emergency - for Individual decision-making; strong leadership, decision-making is not an emergency - individual decision-making, supplemented by appropriate collective decision-making. Experiment shows that this matrix can effectively guide the actual management. And also shows that leadership is not the key factor in decision-making, and the choice of decision-making have a significant impact on making decision.
