摘要：

The problem to be solved is how to reform practice teaching which realizes the improvement of innovation ability and engineering quality of students in maximum. In this paper, teaching problems of the existing practice mode in civil engineering are summarized and analyzed. Based on self-construction of the university, reform ideas are proposed to strengthen engineer-orientated on teaching and practice-orientated on training and have engineering education returning to engineering practice. Further study is made from practical teaching system, teaching staff construction and teaching quality guarantee system to optimize practice teaching effect, and ensure that practice teaching can catch up with requirements of the civil engineering talent education.
