摘要
Climate Change has been a rigorous challenge to global ecology and human economic society. Population increasing, economic development, energy efficiency of GDP and energy structure are the main factors which determine the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in the future. The international society is carrying out a series activities, including Activities Implemented Jointly or "AIJ", to cope with the global climate change, moreover the scope of international environment activities expanded promptly. As one of the largest developing countries, China is developing with unsubstantial economic basis, relatively indigence of natural resources and a huge population. China will face both local and global environment problems along with the rapid development of economy and continuos rising of population. The goal of mitigating carbon dioxide emission is in accordance with the strategy target of energy saving and global environment protecting. The global environment protection is regarded as a new chance of development, and the measures of population control, energy saving and environment protection have been put on priority to expedite the fundamental change of economic growth and the amelioration of ecological environment, to form a sustainable foundation of economic technology, to keep harmony between population growth and development of societal productivity, to realize the strategy of economic and society development in China and achieve the target of protecting global environment.
