摘要：
Women account for a sizeable number of IT workforce in India. What is the position of women in emerging areas of IT in India? Is IT education available to all women? Are there any problems regarding access to IT? This paper tries to find out factors affecting women's access to ICT education in India. It also tries to find out factors affecting participation in ICT employment. This paper is based on secondary data.
