Image de-noising of GPR in multiwavelets transform based on improved thresholding function

摘要
The algorithm of image de-noising of ground penetrating radar (GPR) with multi-wavelet multi-resolution analysis (MRA) is discussed and investigated, based on analysis of the wavelet threshold de-noising was put forward by Donoho D L and Johnstone I M and an improved thresholding function is presented. The de-noising of GPR image by different thresholding function are analyzed and compared. The results of simulation experiment indicate that the de-noising effect of GPR image with multiwavelet based on this new thresholing function is better than DJ' soft- and hard- thresholding methods.
